The QTrader Terms of Service agreement (“TOS”) is a legally binding agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Bahiasoft S.A.S.U. for the Bahiasoft S.A.S.U. software product(s) identified above which may include associated software components, media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation (“Bahiasoft”). By registering to, subscribing to, installing, or otherwise using Bahiasoft products, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Service agreement.
Bahiasoft is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Bahiasoft products are licensed, not sold.

You explicitly clear Bahiasoft of all responsibility in terms of financial loss that may occur in consequence of using QTrader.
Trading the financial markets can involve substantial risks and financial losses.
Bahiasoft does not encourage the use of QTrader with live (real) money. You should always evaluate QTrader with demo (paper) money first.
You should always carefully monitor your trading account with the official trading software provided by your broker, in order to detect and react quickly to any error that QTrader may have made on your trading account.
Limitation of warranty
Bahiasoft expressly disclaims any warranty for any of its products. Your use of QTrader is at your sole risk. QTrader is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. QTrader is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
In particular, but not limited to, Bahiasoft, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:
- QTrader will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
- any errors or defects will be corrected;
- QTrader is free of viruses or other harmful components;
- or he results of using QTrader will meet your requirements.
Limitation of rights
- Subscription. Your access to QTrader is subject to the purchase of a subscription, or to the activation of a free trial period. You loose your right of using QTrader as soon as your subscription or free trial period expires.
- Maintenance of Copyright Notices. You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any and all copies of QTrader.
- Distribution. You may not distribute copies of QTrader to third parties.
- Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble QTrader software.
- Rental. You may not rent, lease, or lend QTrader.
- Applicable Laws. You must comply with all applicable laws regarding use of QTrader.
Refund Policy
As we provide free trial of our products, we do not issue refunds.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues downloading, installing, or using our products.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content, and cancel orders, at our sole discretion.
Privacy Policy
Before you continue using our products we advise you to read our privacy policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.
Termination
Without prejudice to any other rights, Bahiasoft may terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with its terms and conditions. In such event, you must destroy all copies of QTrader in your possession, and leave our website.
Applicable Law
You agree that the laws of France, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Bahiasoft and you, or its business partners and associates.
